LLR Resilience Forum welcomes new chair
An experienced fire chief is the new chair of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Resilience Forum (LRF).
Callum Faint (Chief Fire Officer at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service) has taken over from Rob Nixon (Police Chief Constable) who has retired after three years in the role.
In his role, Callum brings together emergency services, councils, the NHS, Environment Agency and others. They work to prepare for emergencies and help communities to recover.
The Leicestershire Resilience Forum also collaborates with the military and voluntary sectors. These partners play an important role in preparing for emergencies.
