LLR Resilience Forum welcomes new chair

An experienced fire chief is the new chair of the LLR Resilience Forum.

Callum Faint is the new chair of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Resilience Forum. He is the Chief Fire Officer at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service. He replaces Rob Nixon, who was the Police Chief Constable and retired after three years in the role.

Callum's role brings together emergency services, local councils, the NHS and the Environment Agency. They focus on:

  • preparing for emergencies
  • helping communities recover

The LLR Resilience Forum also works with the military and voluntary sectors. They play an important role in preparing for emergencies.
