The project, which is a partnership with Cambridge Risk Solutions, supports local businesses to prepare for, respond to and recover from key risks, providing practical, free tools, expert advice, and opportunities for businesses to connect and share good practice around resilience.
Risk Ready Businesses has been shortlisted in two categories:
- Initiative of the Year
- Best Contribution to Continuity and Resilience
We're delighted to be shortlisted at the Business Continuity Awards, along with our partners at Cambridge Risk Solutions. The Risk Ready Businesses project helps businesses to identify the key risks they face and the steps they need to take to tackle them, for instance, by drawing up their own Business Continuity Plan.
He added: "Businesses which prepare in advance can respond quicker and recover faster in the event of an emergency - and that's exactly what this project helps them to do."
