Workshop powers partnerships and preparedness

A workshop to boost resilience and effective emergency response around high risk sites was the latest training to bring together partners from across the LRF.

Led by the UK Resilience Academy, the two-day workshop focused on Developing Emergency Arrangements in the Regulated Sector.

Emergency responders and resilience planners came together to strengthen their understanding of this complex sector, which includes regulated sites and hazardous activities.

The workshop is designed to support with the development or review of emergency plans, coordination of multi-agency preparedness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Training is vital to equip responders and emergency planners with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to  to prepare for - and respond quickly to - emergencies that affect our communities.
