Is your business ready for the unexpected?
Businesses can register their interest now for a new project to help boost their resilience.
The project, which will begin in the New Year, has been made possible after the LRF secured £10,000 of grant funding.
The initiative will focus on:
- Raising awareness of resilience in the business community
- Supporting businesses to connect and network around community resilience
Led by Cambridge Risk Solutions, the project will include:
- The development of a simple, easy-to-follow toolkit for small and medium-sized businesses to enable them to enhance their own resilience/business continuity
- An in-person event to launch the toolkit
- Three webinars to help businesses understand the risks they face and what actions they can take to prepare
- The development of ‘Business Community Response Plans’ in conjunction with local business networks to identify how business can support each other and their local communities during and following incidents
- Sharing of resilience resources for business networks
Funding was awarded through the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's LRF Innovation Grant scheme.
